“BACK IN SERVICE CHARGE”
In the past two years we addressed in our newsletter the necessity to start charging for the time it takes for us to put your gas system back in service after you have let your tank run out. We have been encouraged and appreciative the understanding we have been greeted with. We have found you want us to perform our duties that keep you safe. Insurance companies are adamant we follow-up an out of gas call with a pressure test and document the absence or presence of gas leaks and if found the system is repaired then put back in service. In our newsletter we have also addressed calling in when your tank is no less than 20% for a 500 gallon tank and 10-15% for a 1000 gallon tank. If you place your order with this in mind you will not be affected by this additional charge. Also, if you allow us to be responsible to fill your tank you will not be affected, unless you haven’t paid your past bill within a week prior to needing your next fill. When mailing payment you need to take into account the time it takes for your payment to arrive to our office and the time it takes to be applied to your account, at which time your delivery card will be released to the driver for delivery. This process can take from 3-7 days. Please be aware even though we give you 20 days to pay your bill to receive your discount, you will still need to have your bill paid before your next delivery will be made, even if it has been less than 20 days since your last fill.
Please be aware this is a charge in addition to a “special delivery charge”. This charge in addition to a “special delivery charge” could add as much as $105.00 to your gas bill.
So PLEASE give us time to make a delivery so we don’t have to charge this fee. Gas is already expensive and additional fees only makes it more expensive.

| Register to Order |
Register and place an order on line. We have now made it possible for you to place orders on line. To order you will need to register. Once you register you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration by replying to it. Be sure and read the instruction in the e-mail and reply to it otherwise we will not receive your registration or your order for gas. This will only be required after you first register. This is to prevent spamming on our website. Future orders you place will only require the amount of gas, percent and payment method.
When placing an order on line we do ask for approximately 3 business days from the time you place your order till the time we make the delivery. Typically this would be the longest period between ordering and receiving your delivery. Once we receive your order we will confirm we received your order within 24 hours, possibly a little longer if order is placed on a weekend. When we reply we will give you a day your gas will be delivered along with a thank you for letting us serve you.
